Celebrity Spotlight
Reba has been on the music scene for so long, you probably think you know everything there is to about her. But did you know she has a hot temper? The redhead tells us that's one little known fact that happens to be true. "Woo, I don't know about that. You know, somebody asked me that the other day, what's something the fans don't know about me . . . Well I can throw a fit in a heartbeat, and I don't think that's a surprise to anybody (laughs). I have been known, yes, to throw a fit. I kinda blow up but then I get over it and so I'm alright after that. I'm not the person anymore -- I used to be this way -- to hold a grudge or to sull up for a day or two, but I don't do that anymore. Life's too short."
Riddle Me This
Win a Bag of Don Diego Kettle Corn
A scientist claims that he has discovered an acid that can burn through anything. He learns a bit more about it before putting it in a pot and explaining to some of his co-workers. After about 20 minutes of talking, a man stands up and says "You're a fraud!" why does he say this?
If the acid can burn through anything, it can burn through the pot. Not only the pot, but everything, so he would've had nothing in the first place.

Our Hometown Hero(’s) Today is/are Pedro Perez
My hero would be my dad. I believe dads are the real heroes of the world. My dad has 10 children including me. I'm now 20 years old but lived in a small town from Mexico until I was 12 years old. We grew mostly with my mom since my dad spent most of the time working in the U.S. to support his big family. We only got to see him once or twice a year. Thanks to him and his efforts, I had the best education not only at school but in life. I have learned that family is one of the most important values in life. There is not one bad habit I could say my dad has. After an injury at his job his arms are not as strong as before and lost some mobility. But that has not stopped him, he is not supposed to work but he does because he can't sit down and watch others do everything for him. He inspires me to keep on going in life no matter what. As long as I'm not dead, I will try to see my dreams come true and I will make my dad proud of me. Love u Papi!

Good morning Don my name is Cindy and I’m getting married in a few weeks so I’m really busy and excited. I’m emailing you because a few of my older female coworkers have suggested that I started putting like $50 dollars a month away for myself just incase I need money sometime in the future. They told me not to let my husband know about the money which I feel funny about.
So I’m wondering if you think this is a good idea, or is hiding money from your husband a really bad idea.
Signed,
Cindy
Well it's really up to you Cindy, but I think you've got to ask yourself if keeping secrets really builds trust in your relationship.Good luck.
HEALTH MOMENT
Up to half of Alzheimer's cases worldwide could be prevented through lifestyle changes and treatment of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, researchers report.
A modest reduction in seven modifiable risk factors for dementia, including smoking, obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and midlife high blood pressure, could have a huge impact, says Deborah Barnes, PhD, associate professor of psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco.
Even a 25% reduction in the seven risk factors, which also include depression, diabetes, and low education, could prevent 3 million cases of Alzheimer's disease worldwide and nearly half a million in the U.S. alone.
The number of Alzheimer's cases around the world is expected to triple to 106 million by 2050, Barnes says. With no effective treatment to reverse the course of the relentless disease, prevention is key, she says.
The findings were presented here at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference and published online by the journal Lancet Neurology.

BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) If you and your dog love to ride in the car together, then you're just like 56% of Americans . . . and there's a good chance you're going to crash. A survey by AAA and Kurgo pet products found that most drivers are distracted by their dogs and engage in risky behavior behind the wheel. One in four reach to brace their dog when slamming on their brakes, one in six let the dog ride in their lap, and 3% of us have taken a photo of our dog while we were driving.
#2.) There's an important debate raging online: When men and women are getting off an elevator on the same floor, who gets off first? According to some etiquette experts, the traditional 'ladies first' rule doesn't apply, and you should just get off the elevator and not worry about it.
#3.) 53-year-old Tammy Lee Hinton has been wanted in Jackson, Michigan for a three-year-old felony warrant for identity theft. But her trail had gone cold, and Michigan cops thought she'd move to Florida. So when they got a tip that she was back in town on Saturday for her own WEDDING, they showed up at the church and busted her after the ceremony. Her mugshot's classic, because she's still wearing her veil.
I wonder if her real identity is known by her new husband.
And I leave you with this thought…
Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.
KEEP SMILEIN
