TIM MCGRAW THINKS COSTAR DESERVES SUCCESS. Tim McGraw’s Blind Side costar Sandra Bullock made history this week as she became first A-list actress to push a movie past the 200 million dollar mark at the domestic box office. Tim’s not surprised by her success and is pleased to see the recognition she deserves. (Cut #2) “She’s just very good at what she does and you can see why she’s successful when you’re around her. And besides all of that, she’s friendly. She’s not a diva at all. I was telling somebody she’s kind of like your best friends sister. The one that you liked down the road that was cool to hang out with. I mean she was like that.” As a father of three girls, Tim says it’s nice to see strong women accomplish what Bullock has in her career.

RIDDLE ME THIS
There are 2 cops parked along a one-way street looking for traffic violations.
They spot a taxi driver going in the wrong direction, yet they do nothing.
Why?
He was "walking" and not driving his cab. DOH!
HOMETOWN HERO’S
HOMETOWN HERO’S are people who serve other people, their community, and take pride in honoring, restoring, preserving, or celebrating an aspect of American hometown life, be it their work, passion, or pastime.
Thus, the truest meaning of “HOMETOWN HERO ” is people protecting, defending, caring for or serving others.
With that as the background, WHO is a “HOMETOWN HERO ” in your life or the life of others ? Some of the greatest “HOMETOWN HERO’S ” in our lives are unknown to the outside world and garner very little, if any, attention.

This Is Nuts
The cold weather in Florida is sparking showers of falling frozen iguanas. The big lizards have been invading South Florida and hiding in trees, and after the cold struck, TV cameras have caught them plummeting stiffly to earth. But a Miami Metrozoo spokesman says they aren’t dead, just in suspended animation. He says one man picked up a bunch of stiff iguanas and tossed them into the back of his car, then nearly crashed when they warmed up, woke up, and jumped on his back.
* Leapin lizards!

BREAK TIME CHATTER
Kansas City, Missouri, police are searching for a woman who committed an act of hamburger rage. She was caught on surveillance video at a downtown McDonald’s, demanding a refund for what she claimed was an inferior burger. The clerks offered her another burger but refused a refund. In front of other customers, including children, she threw a bucket of water over the counter, followed by a basket of straws, some cookies, a sign and three of the store’s cash registers. She was gone before police arrived.
* This woman gives new meaning to the phrase, Big Mac Attack.
And I leave you with this thought."A wise man, recognizing that the world is but an illusion, does not act as if it were real, so he escapes the suffering."
