RIDDLE ME THIS

I say everything I hear to others around.
I'm not an animal, nor part of the human race.
I will, immediately, repeat after you;
But only if my tail is in place.
What am I?

A Microphone

HOMETOWN HERO’S

HOMETOWN HERO’S are people who serve other people, their community, and take pride in honoring, restoring, preserving, or celebrating an aspect of American hometown life, be it their work, passion, or pastime.
Thus, the truest meaning of “HOMETOWN HERO ” is people protecting, defending, caring for or serving others.
With that as the background, WHO is a “HOMETOWN HERO ” in your life or the life of others ? Some of the greatest “HOMETOWN HERO’S ” in our lives are unknown to the outside world and garner very little, if any, attention.

This Is Nuts

Sarah Palin has signed a deal to appear regularly on Fox News as a news analyst and commentator. It's a multi-year contract, so political reporters are asking whether this means Palin has decided not to run for the Presidency in 2012, but instead, as some predicted, host her own talk show and become "the conservative Oprah."
* Why become President when she could be the next Oprah and have real power?

HEALTH MOMENT

BREAK TIME CHATTER

Paula Abdul has already left "American Idol," and now, Simon Cowell is going. This season will be his last: Simon is walking out on his $144 million contract, the biggest in TV, to launch an American version of his British show "The X Factor." It's basically identical to "American Idol," except Simon owns and produces it so he stands to make even more money.
* Maybe he'll finally be able to afford a dress shirt.

And I leave you with this thought.
"A single rose can be my garden... a single friend, my world."
