Randy’s self-titled debut album, which hit stores last week, consists of 11 tunes, nine of which he co-wrote. “I’m very, very proud of the way this album is written, sounds, all the songs that are on there.” The album includes Randy’s first single “Ain’t Much Left of Lovin’ You” and his latest “1,000 Faces,” as well as a collaboration with Emmylou Harris, “Last Horse.”

HOMETOWN HERO’S
Simply put, Hometown Hero’s are people who help others in some way.
Our Hometown Hero(’s) Today is/are Tom Pearce
I was always the type of person who didn't believe that I could find someone who truly loved me, for me. I would wake up thinking that I may die alone. Then when I was in high school, I met my bestfriend/boyfriend. He made me feel like I matter in this world. Thanks to him I now believe that love is possible. If you ever read this, know that I will always love you :)

E-Mail “Inbox”
Hey Don, This guy I have been dating sent me a text, and I don't know how to respond? Help?
He said "Remember my ex, the cheerleader? I showed her your pictures and she said you're super cute!"
I don't remember his ex the cheerleader. And I don't understand his need to show her my pics or send me that text.
So what do I say? I am confused.
Signed,
Chiquira
Chiquira, I’m confused too? Is your boyfriend retarded in some way?
MAN CAVE – Sports Highlights
Tiger Woods played a nine-hole practice round Tuesday morning at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio, and afterward pronounced his left leg fully healed from knee and Achilles injuries he suffered at the Masters in April.
Danica Patrick could still run the Indianapolis 500 even if she makes a full-time move to NASCAR, The Associated Press has learned. Two people familiar with Patrick's 2012 plans said she is in the final stages of a deal to run a full-time Nationwide Series schedule with JR Motorsports and limited Sprint Cup Series races with the team owned by two-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart.
HEALTH MOMENT
Here is a concern that is raising eyebrows.
Researchers seeking to explain the rising number of asthma cases in children have fingered a new suspect: electromagnetic fields (EMFs), energy that can’t been seen or felt that is generated by household appliances, electronic devices, cars, and power lines.
In a study, they found that babies born to women who are exposed to stronger EMFs during pregnancy had more than triple the risk of developing asthma compared to babies born to women exposed to weaker EMFs.
In other words, about 13% of children born to women in the group with the lowest EMF exposures developed asthma compared to about 33% of children born to women who had high EMF exposures.
Researchers say that based on what we know about the development of asthma, it’s hard to understand how EMFs might play a role. Repeating the study will be an important next step.

BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) In Texas last week, a Time Warner Cable repairman was working at an apartment complex when he heard some screams. A seven-year-old boy was drowning in the pool. Other people pulled him out and the cable guy jumped in and performed CPR . . . he'd learned it earlier this year when he got certified to adopt a child. The kid started breathing again and he's expected to make a full recovery.
#2.) Yesterday, the Princeton Review released its annual list of the top party schools in the country. Ohio University in Athens, Ohio came in first, followed by the University of Georgia, the University of Mississippi, the University of Iowa, and the University of California, Santa Barbara. For the 14th straight year, Brigham Young University in Utah was named the most stone cold sober school in the U.S.
#3.) Here are some of the states that have the highest rates of vices and addictions. Alaska has the highest rates of illicit drug use and marijuana use . . . Oklahoma has the highest rate of painkiller abuse . . . New Hampshire has the most alcohol drinkers . . . Vermont has the most underage drinkers . . . Kentucky has the most smokers . . . and Washington, D.C. has the most drug addicts. On the other end of things, Utah has the lowest rates of drinkers, smokers and marijuana users. FINALLY, SOMETHIN NEW MEXICO IS NOT NUMBER ONE IN!!
And I leave you with this thought…
"I feel that the greatest reward for doing is the opportunity to do more. "
