Celebrity Spotlight
Keith Urban continues his tradition of leaving the safety of the stage and heading out into the audience during the shows on his new Get Closer World tour. The fans love it and it's something Keith looks forward to each night, as he tells us: ["I just love getting out among everybody and sometimes it's really chaotic and there's been a few times where I've thought, 'What am doing out here?', but there's something about the adrenaline and the electricity and the on edge, unpredictability of it that I really love. I mean, part of the problem when we get to this level of production and show is everything is so thought out, and there's really not much spontaneity left and everything's kind of predictable and you can feel it. I'm just trying to keep some real moments in the show that who knows what's gonna happen, but everything is in the moment and just on the edge of disaster (laughs)."] SOUNDCUE (:42 OC: . . . edge of disaster (laughs).)
COUNTRY NEWS
Taylor Swift has postponed three more concerts due to bronchitis. Her doctor advised her she is not well enough to perform her shows this weekend in Charlotte, N.C., and Atlanta. Swift will now perform in Charlotte, N.C., on Nov. 16 (rather than July 8) and Atlanta on Oct. 1-2 (instead of July 9-10). As previously reported, Swift canceled Saturday's (July 2) concert in Louisville, Ky., and rescheduled it for Oct. 11. She plans to resume the tour on July 14 in Montreal. "It breaks my heart to miss out on this weekend's shows with my friends in Charlotte and Atlanta," Swift said. "I would never cancel if I thought I was physically able to perform these shows. I am so sorry to the fans, but I look forward to seeing you when we come back through your towns, which we will do."

Our Hometown Hero(’s) Today is/are Rocco Albert
My dad is my hero because of his strength and courage. My dad has always prided himself in doing the best he can through hard work. He was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer just three months after loosing his son to cancer. He has such a positive outlook even after all he's been through. This is not the first illness my dad will have to overcome as he has had other life threatening illnesses. Through it all he never lets it get him down and goes through everyday with a smile on his face, singing a song. My dad has his own electrical company and still works everyday at the age of 58. He is the most amazing dad and still checks to make sure my car runs well and brings me coffee when he sees my car home and I'm 27. He is so selfless and puts his 3 girls and my mom's wants and needs before his own. My dad is the rock of our family and loved so very much. My dad needs positive thoughts sent his way right now. Love you so much dad.

CELEBRITY GOSSIP
Look for book burning to come back in style right around the time this thing hits the shelves - if any publisher is foolish enough to actually sign a book deal with this woman.

Jennifer Aniston found the perfect cure to get over her 2005 split from Brad Pitt. And it didn't involve a tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The 42-year-old actress has said that filming The Break Up in 2006 helped to heal her heartbreak
HEALTH MOMENT
Massage therapy may help people who suffer from chronic back pain, although the effects tend to disappear over the longer term, according to a U.S. study.
After 10 weeks, patients who got weekly massage sessions used fewer painkillers and spent less time in bed than those who didn't get any special care, although the positive impact had disappeared after a year.
Some of the apparent benefits of massage had vanished after half a year, and all the gains were gone after a full year.
Results of the latest study compare to what is seen with other kinds of treatment, although the cost-effectiveness is still unclear. In any case, lifestyle changes are often the best treatment.
"Many of us believe that for truly chronic pain problems, exercise programs are actually one of the mainstay treatments that will help people function better on a daily basis.

BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) A study found that wine makers have been lying for years about how much alcohol is in their wine. A lot of them understate the alcohol content on the label, because people SAY they don't drink wine to get drunk . . . even though they really do.
#2.) Atlanta's public schools were running the largest cheating ring in history. It involved 178 teachers, and principals changing wrong answers on standardized tests, wearing gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on tests, and threatening whistleblowers.
#3.) If you've got a date at the beach or pool this summer, you might NOT want to wear your most revealing bathing suit. Even if you've totally got the goods to pull it off. In a new survey, only 47% of men say they'd want a woman to wear a THONG BIKINI and only 9% of women say they'd want a man to wear a SPEEDO on a first date. Now you know.
And I leave you with this thought…
Money talks - but credit has an echo.
