Big & Rich premieres the music video for their new single “Fake ID” today. The song is included in the remake of Footloose starring Julianne Hough, which hits theaters October 14th. John Rich reveals the music video puts him and Big Kenny right in the middle of the movie. “The way we shot the video, it’s shot as if Big & Rich and Gretchen are in the club playing with Julianne Hough down on the floor dancin’ and you know, I’m giving away a little secret there but that’s OK ‘cause when you see it you’ll go, ‘Wow!’ I mean, it really looks like we’re in the movie. Me and Kenny get to be movie stars, who knew?” Catch the world premiere of the “Fake ID” video all weekend on CMT’s Top 20 Countdown and today on CMT.com.

Our Hometown Hero(’s) Today is/are Sue Williams
Sue is my real hero. She does daycare and takes them on field trips. One day while coming back from a field trip we saw a disabled man stuck on the train tracks. The bars were going down. Out of all the people in their cars and on the sidewalks she was the only one who went to help this man. She risked her own life to save his. She was successful. She says she could feel the wind of the train fly past her face. This is what a real hero does, and she will always be mine!

HEALTH MOMENT
As we age, our bodies inevitably age with us. As men, we can look forward to beer bellies, bushels of ear hair and, of course, baldness. Though men like to think that they'll have a full head of hair well past their primes, reality tells a different story. By the age of 35, about two-thirds of men will experience some appreciable hair loss while nearly 85 percent of men will have significantly thinning hair by the age of 50. It's not all bad news, though. There are ways that you can slow a receding hairline, so sit tight as AskMen gives you a crash course. Welcome to Hair Loss Prevention 101.
Although hair loss can be blamed on your mom and dad (i.e., genetics) there are other causes—preventable ones—that include nutritional deficiency, infection, prescription drugs, chemical hair products, and even emotional stress. Taking care of these, while focusing on ways to stimulate growth, should keep you well ahead of the pack in your hair-loss-prevention quest.
Eat more fish
Not only are fish loaded with protein and minerals, but they’re also an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. Both nutrients have been linked to preventing hair loss in chemotherapy patients.
Keep your iron levels in check
Don’t forget your vitamin B
Read the labels of your prescription drugs
Most men know that chemotherapy can induce hair loss, but most are unaware that there are plenty of prescription drugs that can cause hair loss as well.
Keep up on personal hygiene
Though it’s not exactly a direct cause of hair loss, a general lack of personal hygiene can lead to fungal scalp. By keeping your scalp and hair clean through regular shampooing, you’ll prevent any fungal infections and help prevent baldness in the process—but don’t overdo it. Too much shampooing can damage the.
BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) In a new survey, women have ranked the four biggest male body turn-offs at the beach. So get ready to feel insecure. They are, in order: A chubby man in a tiny Speedo . . . a man with a huge belly taking his shirt off . . . man boobs . . . and excessive body hair. Have a great summer.
#2.) In a few years, spare tires could completely VANISH from all new cars. The government's new mandates are requiring car companies to get the average miles per gallon for cars from 27.5 now to 62 miles per gallon in 2025. Car companies need to cut weight . . . so spare tires are some of the first things to go.
#3.) Just when we think the TSA can't go any lower, they redefine rock bottom. People are OUTRAGED that TSA agents in Florida recently made a 95-year-old woman with leukemia remove her ADULT DIAPER during a search. They said they couldn't fully check her because the diaper was too WET and FIRM to search . . . and the TSA higher-ups are defending their decision.
And I leave you with this thought…
"Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."
