Keith Urban’s current single, “Without You” is leaving fans with a loving feeling as it climbs into the top five on the country charts. With the new single, Keith says the work was already done for him. “I always say it’s the most autobiographical song I didn’t write. When Emily West called me and she said, ‘I just heard this song that Dave Pahanish co-wrote and you would swear that he wrote it for you, or you wrote it!’ And it was pretty amazing.” Keith will take the stage to perform on this Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards airing at 8PM Eastern on ABC.

Our Hometown Hero(’s) Today is/are Chris K.
A couple of weeks ago, my 4 year old daughter and I were returning home from dance class around 9 that night. The car veered slightly to the right of the
road. I over compensated and jerked the car to the other side. To make a long story short, we wound up in the ditch upside down in a Corvette. My daughter was trapped upside down in a booster seat. She was crying for me to get her out. It was so dark I could not move much and was unable to reach the lock on the carseat. In just a few minutes, I heard and saw a young man down on our eye level. I began to beg him to get my baby out. Although he was not with any rescue team, he did not hesitate, he crawled in with us. Turned the ignition off, worked until he was able to get my baby out. He then extended his hand to help me crawl out of the car. He was an angel to risk his life in order to safe the lives of my little Girl and me. He will always be a hero in my mind.

HEALTH MOMENT
Men should drink coffee regularly to avoid developing prostate cancer, according to a major study published Wednesday.
Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health said men who drink coffee on a daily basis are around 20 to 60 percent less likely to develop any form of the disease—with a higher intake linked to a lower risk.
The men least likely to develop lethal prostate cancer were those drinking six or more cups of coffee a day, but even those drinking no more than three cups a day lowered the risk by 30 percent, the 12-year study found.
Caffeine did not appear to be a factor in the research, as the 45,000 participants who reported their coffee consumption drank both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee.
The researchers said it was the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds contained in coffee that affect the body's insulin levels and sex hormone levels, both of which have been linked to prostate cancer.
Writing in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, the scientists said that more research would be needed to isolate which components of coffee might be responsible.
BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) Hope that status update you post at work today is worth it. Because it's killing American business. According to a new survey, the average employee's social networking at work costs their company $10,790 per year in productivity. So, for a 1,000-person company, that's more than $10 MILLION lost every year. Bull Corn!
#2.) The Secret Service still takes EVERY threat against the president seriously. It doesn't matter who you are. Last week, a 13-year-old 7th grader in Tacoma, Washington posted a Facebook status update about how suicide bombers might try to retaliate against OBAMA for BIN LADEN'S death. And a few days later, a Secret Service agent came to his school to question him. What was the cost of that?
#3.) The FDA just released new guidelines on the amount of mold, insect parts, maggots, and rat poop that's legally allowed in your food. And the answer isn't zero. For example, pizza sauce can't have more than two maggots per 100 grams, fig paste must have fewer than 13 insect heads per 100 grams, and popcorn can't have more than one piece of rat poop in a sample. OOOOOO
And I leave you with this thought…
"The power of imagination makes us infinite."
