Lady Antebellum has another hit on their hands with the brand new single, “Just A Kiss”. Rather than focus on the pressures of topping the success of their last album, Need You Now. Lady A decided to just write great songs, which almost accidentally led to the creation of their next single. “Yeah, we’ve become good buddies with Dallas Davidson and we were writing a different song with him, and Dave was kinda piddlin’ around on the piano on the side, and Dallas goes, ‘What?! What are you messin’ with over there?!’ And so we immediately kind of shifting gears, and starting writing that song, and then—[Hillary] I was singing in the studio—[Charles] Yeah, Hillary was singing in the studio, and I immediately called her and said, we’re on to something great over here, you gotta come over.” “Just A Kiss” is now available on iTunes and in Wal-Mart stores.

Habitat’s ReStore resale outlets sell reusable and surplus building materials to the public
While every ReStore outlet is a little different, most focus on home improvement goods like furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances.
ReStore resale outlets accept donated goods which are sold to the general public at a fraction of the retail price. The proceeds help local Habitat affiliates fund the construction of Habitat homes within their communities.
Promoting reuse and recycling
ReStore resale outlets provide an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Habitat’s community improvement work.
Our local Restore is at Valley and Main St in Las Cruces and they are open 9-5 Monday through Saturday
Staff and Volunteers of the Restore is/are our Hometown Hero Today and we salute you.
HEALTH MOMENT
A widely-used HIV drug was being heralded Wednesday as a possible treatment for cervical cancer.
Researchers from the University of Manchester, in northern England, said the antiviral drug lopinavir kills cells affected by the human papilloma virus (HPV), while leaving healthy cells relatively unaffected.
"This is a very significant finding, as these cells are not cancer cells but are the closest thing to being like the cells found in a pre-cancerous HPV infection of the cervix," said Dr. Ian Hampson, who led the research.
Lopinavir, a protease inhibitor, works by re-activating an antiviral system that is suppressed by HPV and might also fight malignant cells, said the researchers, who collaborated with colleagues in Canada.
The drug would have to be administered in doses 10 to 15 times higher than that taken by HIV patients, which would mean applying it as a cream or pessary.
HPV-related cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women in developing countries, accounting for approximately 290,000 deaths a year.
BREAK TIME CHATTER
#1.) This is an incredibly unlucky pocket dial . . . but I'd say these guys deserved it. In New York, three men were driving around, ROBBING BUSINESSES, and talking about other places to rob . . . when one of them somehow accidentally pocket dialed 911. The police listened in, heard their whole plan, then pulled them over and arrested them.
You can’t make this stuff up.
#2.) The keys to a good relationship are simple: Pay the bills on time and know how much your partner WEIGHS. A researcher found that relationships where both people have knowledge and life skills have more happiness and satisfaction. Knowledge includes your partner's likes, dislikes, hopes, dreams, and weight and clothing sizes . . . life skills includes paying bills on time and managing stress.
#3.) This HAS to be near the top of the list of "Worst Ways To Die." In Sweden, a woman died while trying to save her dog from a GIANT POOL OF POOP. The dog ran into a manure basin that collects all the excrement from local farms . . . and takes on QUICKSAND-like properties. The woman tried to rescue the dog and they both DROWNED IN FECES. That’s a crappy way to go.
And I leave you with this thought…
"Arriving at one goal is the starting point to another."
